The company previously held eight exploration licences covering Lake Carnegie and associated drainage systems. The Wiluna Native Title Claimants indicated that the application the area was of high cultural significance and were not agreeable to exploration of the tenements.
Consequently the Company relinquished the tenements during the June 2009 quarter.
