My prediction of a raising at 3.5c not looking all that flash.
At the risk of being a smart-arse , here is how I would have done it.
On the 26th , along with the activity report , I would have had a trading halt , and then my 3.5c raising , with trading not reopening until the raising completed[1 week].
No options , no trading which allows potential arbitrage.
They have missed that little window I am afraid.

So , privatisation , liquidation , or a large dilution , throw a dart at the board .
My preference , obviously is number 3 .
Doing nothing not an option , another Ruane loan possible , but he would better taking it off the boards .
