In two weeks time all Covid restrictions are being removed. I watch Sky News UK daily and this announcement has not been taken too well. Most experts deem it to be too soon and the reason it was announced was another way of diverting all attention away from “Partygate”.
The act of a desperate PM hanging on by his fingernails. He will no doubt play the political game as being the first country in the world to lift all restrictions. Others will be watching closely and will, I have no doubt, follow suit in the not too distant future.
As others have stated the economy comes first over the welfare of people.
