There is some truth in your statement concerning Novartis, we just don't know all the facts at this stage. Rem-L for ARDS is still alive and kicking, all be it a little further down the road with another Trial being formatted.
Rem-L was primarily developed for aGvHD as you are aware. We simply wait on the FDA concerning the re-submission of the BLA. This is the Big Kahuna in my opinion.
Mr. Itescu must make THIS happen.
CLBP and HFrEF are another story.
So many Variables and not alot of certainty at this moment.
