"Instos don't like capital raises where use of funds is paying off debt", so who would be prepared to put millions in while Oaktree have their fangs firmly embedded along with their conditions/covenants? Also, bearing in mind that apparently details of some are being withheld.
IMO, the further this goes below a $1, for whatever reason, the harder it's going to be to claw it's way back there, that, combined with Oaktree, will hardly engender confidence and be conducive to an insto throwing in millions. GL
