450000 Shorts, OMG that is bloody awful. I reckon you nailed it on the head, it's all just taken too long. We are getting close to 2 years for a resubmission. I have a feeling it is a last throw of the dice for SI and he he is just trying to make sure he gets it totally right this time hence the great lag.
I am still backing MSB in.
