Gavin66 make sure you rest. The problem with fit people is they don't rest enough, get out of bed too early, and then it's possible to be struck down with blood clots or worse. The virus affects cells in the heart, arteries and veins. It's really nasty so please don't overestimate your recovery. It takes time to work its way out of your system.
Take it easy. Keep your fluids up. Hot soup is great.
