..... the sheer trajectory of these COVID-19 case numbers is alarming enough but when combined with the increase in hospitalizations IMO these statistics could be used as RWE by Mesoblast when they discuss funding requirements with maybe the NIH or a new partner for their planned 2nd COVID-19 ARDS trial in the USA using Remestemcel-L ?
Texas and Florida are classic examples of states that have been using monoclonal antibodies and other latest FDA approved COVID-19 treatments for months and yet sadly they are still in all sorts of trouble according to the articles below
If this situation continues to deteriorate in the USA, you would hope at some point either BARDA or the NIH would once again intervene ? Who knows, but it is time to get this additional trial underway if Remestemcel-L can actually help save lives because we are entering the 3rd year of this pandemic FGS
