It's possible the "market" - aka the entities with big financial clout who are most likely to eventually fund Youanmi into production and want the next CR to be at a bargain price so they can collect oodles of cheap shares - know RXL's potential all too well. Which IMO may be why there's a stranglehold on RXL's SP right now while we wait for the PFS For the average Joe with spare cash to invest and, importantly, lots of patience, IMO the rewards could be excellent. And if - as is also possible - it eventually comes to a TO, it's a good bet a parcel of shares bought today at 16c would provide a strong profit.
