I think charting does have merit but I also look at what's happening in the news here and around the world. What are the headlines screaming. I think we are in uncharted territory. The US is heading towards an election in November. There is also massive unrest in the US and massive rioting. Charts may help in some instances but I would be wary at the moment. That is why half my money has been parked in cash. Research what's happening. Warren Buffet has also parked a lot in cash.
