In particoolar where we're at re the 62 retrace.
While your'e at it can you pls esplane where the 0 and 100 should go (top/bottom) and why? Cos' I'm simple.
I've searched and sometimes the 0 is at the top and sometimes bottom, but they don't say why. Any good/authoritive reference would be much appreciated.
