I think charts and fundamentals go hand in hand. long term if fundamentals align then you will profit however if you're looking at the shorter term, charting will provide useful entry and exit points to maximise profits and I'm assuming that is why the majority of people are invested in RXL, for profit?
( however... I'd be happy to break even that this point) ha ha ha
