A bit of a synopsis of where RXL is and what it must do to get back to its highs and beyond.
RXL in August busted out of the large descending triangle and now finds itself in a smaller one, bust out of that triangle and breach the red horizontal resistance line ( 7.5c ), then nothing stopping it from 9.8 plus.
Indicators suggesting busting out of that smallish triangle is immininent, with 6.7+ the target.
