for a deep pocketed punter the caps would not be much of a problem, thats if they stay when the price moves up, they may get removed quite quickly ? deep pockets need the volume to make it possible to get a large sum into a stock.
seems very remiss that when the pit was being mined that they did not check the nearby ground & walls of the pit for further resource but their shabbyness has presented ROX with a great opportunity GLTAH's in this stock :O))
