based on what I'm seeing, and I could be wrong, RR is unwinding this back into an exploration play and looking for new discoveries. suggestion the current ounces on the book are insufficient or if chasing another Penny west - knows refractory isn't going to sell.
keep watching WMC. like it or not the market will tar RXL with the same brush. fascinating case study nonetheless.
