There is literally a 1M+ volume order at every sell step
Buy: 1.8 (there was a 1M order at 2.0, 1.9 earlier; will probably be a 1.7 soon)
Sell: 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 .....and it goes on.
There are not a lot of small trades.
So I think someone wants to keep the price down.
