Either someone wants to keep the price down until the next GM in Sept when they will vote on the next share placement and set the price.
Or
A clever trader with very low brokerage fees is happy making a killing riding the 2-6% SP fluctuations.
We will never really know. Just looks like will be holding on for a little bit longer.
