Say you were the exploration manager of a company that held all the leases owned by RXM and NWC.
The CEO comes to you and asks you we've got a million bucks to spend on Cu.
How would you want to split it?
The answer would be the market cap of RXM is $176m. NWC $100m. That's almost exactly how I've split mine.
Not that it started out that way. The market has brought it to that. It recognizes the risks and returns out there and what people are prepared to pay for.
