It's a crossing. Maybe some reasonable-sized (5M) shareholder exiting and another lifting their holding by $1m odd likely facilitated to orderly by RXM. S'all good.
If I had to speculate and it wasn't just an internal transfer. I would say the seller wants to go to another miner possibly Cu but more clear in action. The buyer might be happy enough to just lift their holding at the opportunity.
