The light gray line, the forecast, as far as I can determine, is sourced from the forward prices available on the LME (London Metals Exchange) etc.
(Disregard the red dot that was generated by me struggling to copy the chart).
Given that, I consider there a fair chance a deal will get done.
It also probably explains why the other Cu developers (+/- prices) are so bullish.
