Assume they need to issue lots and lots of shares to fund the project with commensurate dilution. I've been waiting more than a decade for that and I have zero confidence in the board to get it over the line. They are useless at generating shareholder value. My average buy price is 60c.
Best we can hope for is copper and gold to remain strong and get a takeover from someone competent who can spin up the mine IMO.
