HAV have unfortunately not been able to follow through on the deal with Oz or BHP. Now Kalkaroo is up for sale. Rex on the other hand looks like it getting serious with the Japanese from the press releases. I suspect the Japanese will have much lower hurdle requirements than the major mining houses for investment. Which is good for Australia otherwise the majors just sit there and waffle on about tier one copper assets when the capex is north of US$5B nothing is going to get built in a hurry.
