The decision-makers know this and see the Cu price rising strongly. They know the longer-term outlook.
I think there would be impetus to act.
I suspect it's about piecing the deal together and the paperwork. We know Niettetsu are amenable.
I think Peter Brid was being honest when he said he'd be very disappointed if the JV equity wasn't to be completed by the end of the FY.
