Hog's Ranch is very much a wild card. It's also, I suspect, subject to success in negotiation on Hillside Equity. I've studiously avoided making comment on a valuation on it except to say potentially breathtaking. I'm happy enough with the Risked 5c value Avoca used to avoid unnecesarily damaging my credibility.
