Purely from my perspective as holders we are all entitled to creative whatever narrative/excuses/beliefs as we please.
With so many question marks/delays/FID's by end of FY-oh no end of CY'S - the game of justifications becomes one similar to a choose your own adventure.
Facts are at this point in time we have a couple of big paddocks.
