I just put a little more money into gold. I'll name the share RRL so you can laugh me out of the room.
I'm getting the indication that the Chinese are buying a lot more gold, both equities and physical. Both Government and Individuals. The bottom line is security but a lack of confidence in the Yuan and a desire for those with wealth to get it out of Xi's grip are major drivers. (Un)surprisingly corrupt CCP officials are amongst these in the rush.
REX's gold in the ground and ability to get credit for it in concentrates will be handy. Efforts to recover more of it in later stages will be valuable (pun intended) too.
