This is a company just sitting there hoping like hell it doesn't have to go anywhere near trying to develop this project, that'd be too much like hard work.
It's clear management is nothing more than jobs for the boyz, they're as lazy as all get out, they raise cash to make sure they get paid each week, they're hoping for a TO.
