So Nitettsu has excellent performance from a combination of getting execution right, and money moving out of China into Japan (to simplify it).
In looking to find a partner, RXM mgt's strategy to get the right price, may be the same as, when they asked John Dillinger why do you rob banks?
He said, "because that's where the money is!"
