From page 3 the All Ordinaries additions and removals are listed.

On Page 7 halfway down the page it clearly says

Removal RXM Rex Minerals Limited

I request that moderators please consider unblocking the previous thread as it is very clearly and publicly substantiated by the S&P public announcement on hotcopper linked above.  This is where i found RXM was removed - right here on the announcement about it on hotcopper in another thread.

A simple google for "rebalance all ordinaries march 2015" would tell you that it is true and very much publicly substantiated before I posted.
