Shrewd investors recognise that the time to build a decent position in a company like PNX and to generate substantial investment returns is now. Paul Dowd and his team are transforming this company from an explorer to a producer and that should be the catalyst for a re-rating. Their are also excellent prospects for further growth as the business model is implemented.
The end result of the clean out will be several new top 20 holders. The large trades a week ago were a part of the process. I suspect their is not too much stock left below 20 cents. A test of that theory shouldn't be too far away.
