Thought it was pretty well written and argued.
I particularly like his point, and to paraphrase: the early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. Lithium being the bird. REE being the mouse.
Lynas is mentioned a couple times here and he does highlight it's the biggest outside China. He then mentions a promising project with big backers in Canada. But that's in it's infancy.
I think smart folk* would be able to take what they need from the article.
*Smart folk being those that look into Lynas.
