For sure some of the people involved are guilty of something
But many are doing it legally.

Whether you think that's fair is another matter as its expensive to set up and maintain
These types of structures and it ensures the rich will get richer and the normal folk are left to foot all the tax bills of the country, a debate for another day.

My comment is more relating to the fact that RM has these structures in place meaning
He should have to pay very little tax but he still sold down alot of shares under the guise of paying a big tax bill, if my memory serves me right......
