I agree the Panama thing is completely irrelevant.

What is relevant is why has our CEO sunk$750,000 cash into another company that he isn't a director or executive of?

You do not buy 7.5-10% of a public company without taking a pretty strong interest in how it is run and what it is doing. Its not really a passive stake is it?

So he owns 0.2% of AVQ which he is the CEO of and 7.5-10% of another company we haven't heard about until yesterday.

So the question on everyone's mind regardless of how positive you are is why has he put his cash into MNM rather than AVQ? Is that where we all should be?

That's definitely the question on my mind..
