 that's a good reaction - appears that he may well have something up his sleeve if it goes to court.

but the fact remains who will be funding any court actions by/against Axiom and all this delay is just not helpful to SH's of the company.

he needs IMO to win back SH support and reduce overheads (incl his wages) whilst this is all playing out - unless of course he is anticipating finance and sales proceeds to fill the coffers in the immediate future?
