What a MASSIVE change.
Firstly 100m to 180m (why??? Didn't he's pay just increase from $180k to $500k)
Secondly the 2013 performance rights were excerisable at 5c , 10c, 15c......40c. Now it's 2.3c to 4.6c that's ridiculous
Dilution since 2013 has NOT been 1000%. As shareholders we can't reset our holdings to contradict dilution why should mgt be allowed???
Imasupertrader and myself voted it thru in 2013, I won't be voting yes again
