    Fox,
    In reply to your post:

"The shares are only granted when the share price reaches certain heights, so it's performance based right?" That is correct, that is why they are called performance rights.

"Therefore he will not be receiving them until we are out of the woodwork anyway?"
Yes, if the "woodwork" is the Appeal.

"But if the shares are consolidated, that would make it easier for the SP to reach those targets, which would look good but effectively be a loss to our shrunken share holdings."
Yes, easier to reach targets after consolidation that is why targets IMO should more adequately reflect the consolidated SP. Don't know why you say it would be a loss.

"Also from my understanding, if our shares are consolidated then the share price will rise by the same amount? So our SP will change from 1.2 roughly, to 18c?"
Yes, if for argument share price was consolidated yesterday when price was 1.2c then post consolidation at 15:1 would mean price would be 18c

"But then when our capital shares are doubled, that will then Be halved?"
Not sure what you mean here but the total shares held prior to consolidation date would be divided by 15 to reach the new total. This is shown in the table on page 16 of the AGM announcement. Therefore each shareholder has exactly the same cash amount value in as before the consolidation.

"Screwing us all over, but making it an easier job for RM."
Not sure what you mean here but short term traders will be upset because it takes away the ability to make large gains with short movements in the SP. e.g. If the price say jumped to 4.8c from 1.2c immediately after a successful Appeal win then that is a fourfold increase quickly. If post consolidation price of 18c is to make a fourfold increase then that means it must achieve a price of 72c. This is highly possible of course but will take longer than the pre-consolidation price.

    Hope that helps you.
