What has me wondering, if this lot gets approved RM will end up owning about 45% of the company for free and end up very rich even at 5c , shareholders on the other hand are going to see their holdings mostly disappear, maybe that's the so called defence strategy playing out.
Is holding a 45% interest for no outlay allowable?
