No need for consolidation.
Theoretically, a consolidation in of itself is not the problem. It is what happens subsequently that is the problem, for example operational revenues don't come so further capital raisings are required causing dilution etc.
So consolidation or not, if XPED derives the expect operarational revenues the SP will go higher from whatever the base is.
But I can understand why people's past experiences make them see the word "consolidation" as a taboo word.
Anyone recall Ben Stiller in Meet the parents when he said "Bomb" on the plane. "Bomb", "Bomb". Oh dear, I said "Bomb".
The comedy gave us a laugh over this very point.
