As others have mentioned a situation like this does not come around that often and although capital preservation is paramount when people are buying $50 - $100k parcels in one go you begin to wonder just how far will this run?

I remember a couple weeks ago I was looking at entering RAP at 4 cents and well let's just say I missed that boat - I will not be missing any more boats.
