    The independent valuation certainly imo is affecting the current sp now.
    Table 10.1 states in their opinion that the value of the combined entity post the proposed transaction is .020 .025 and .030 for low , mid and high valuations respectively....I may have misinterpreted this but so ld out half my holdings at 0.034 gltah
