If it is over-subscribed just close of the Prospectus early and bring forward all your dates. That will send a clear message to market at a time the market is stuffed.
First revenue is forecast for July, so to achieve that need a hurry up on who the chippie is so closing Prospectus early would be beneficial (as would be getting an idea who these institutional investors are). All IMO
