    Hi all

    Hoping you can help, i am looking at investing in Xped. However i am unsure whether the existing RYG shares are going to be converted directly into xped shares come the re-listing. Or as per usual reverse takeovers, will Xped be offering existing RYG shareholders a diluted holdings in the 'new' listing.
