    Just so you know - The first chippie ( with confirmed mou) is 100% not Intel

    As the 2nd chippie ( no mou yet ) is a bigger player than the first one

    ( as Intel is the biggest this stops them from being the first one ).

    I think this has a high degree of plausibility.
