Yes, I recall when the announcement came out about lucrative e-coupon patent granted in China.
I don't really get this concept very well. I understand that promotions/coupons/offers/info can be delivered to a select individual. So is XPE in this case both a technology and service provider? What sort of revenue streams come from this system? Is this an XPE data management service.
I have the impression that I'm walking past a store and it starts targeting me with offers? (Personally a turn off)
But, I think there is something I'm not getting here. How/why the lucrative label?
I'm sure it's my own ignorance blinding me to the value of this patent/proposition.
