I honestly think part of this is due to the December sell off and not wanting to be in spec at this time.

Management have done a lot of great things so far and many people haven given them lots of plaudits for previous announcements.

Until the partner is named and the full transition has occurred I think we will be up and down.

After that I think there will be some solid returns though.

I still believe this will perform very strongly next year.
