I couldn't agree more. Am I missing something? An ex miner took over an IT spec who now has a 'meeting' with an unnamed chip maker.? If their technology was SO prolific why sell to a penny dreadful miner? Why not to the chip maker? Even if this does go... The future dilution from takeover structure is insane!
