If you have the cash sure. Basically the idea is if you have 10K and not a cent more you can buy more oppies than standard shares. Only reason to not convert is because you dont have the funds spare to do so and there is no need to currently. Saying that it is still cheaper to buy oppies and covert straight away if your after heads.
