Of course the vote tomorrow won't make or break Mesoblast. It won't even necessarily make or break Ryoncil.
But right now it sure feels like it.
Of the 4 major announcements on the horizon, I always considered it least valuable.
But bloody hell, not right now!
How nice would it be to get a strong result here. If only to feel confident that the US medical system believes in this new paradigm in medicine. And that the following 3 blockbusters won't provide us quite the same level of anxiety when their turn comes for approval.
Just need one under the belt, then I can really enjoy the ride over the next few months and years.
