You have to understand, i don't think the FDA is all about fairness either. They have approved some crazy things over the years, very questionable things that are set to make some people a lot of money. Unless Meso are very well connected, they are effectively outsiders, and if you ask me, it's sort of showing in the way they are treating them.
It would be interesting to hear the same type of hearing for some other companies that went before them, just to compare.
