Yep that Cup and Handle formation looks pretty strong..... for those not familiar with charts. A C&H can be recognised as a continuation pattern... whereby once the handle has formed (as shown in the blue shaded area shown in @Backspacer chart) and it has breakon above the rim of the cup (high point) it then has a 'decent' likelihood of continuing it's rise.
